Cancellation Policy

At The Melting Knot Massage Spot, we provide a non-invasive manual therapy approach to physical and mental wellness. We are not medical professionals and do not advise nor give medical advice. Always check with your primary healthcare provider if you have serious health conditions that may prevent you from being a safe recipient of massage. Here at The Melting Knot Massage Spot your time and business is valued as well as others. So, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with 48 hours or more of your appointment time in order to receive a full refund which could take up to 21 calendar days. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours of your appointment time 50% of that appointment fee will be charged and the remainder will be refunded to your method of payment which could take up to 21 calendar days. If an appointment is canceled by the client the same day no refund will be issued, and no call/no show appointments will not receive a refund. Also, there will be no tolerance of any sexual advances, aggressive or hostile behaviors accepted and, in the event, any of these scenarios takes place the session will stop immediately, and no refund will be given. Here at The Melting Knot Massage Spot, we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone although this is not our common practice.
